The ordered products are packed in such a way that they do not get damaged during normal manipulation. At the time of purchase, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the item and in the event of damage immediately, and make the complain about the product to the supplier (the employee of the delivery company). Seller disclaims any liability for damages that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods or delivery notice after being sent, in due time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller about this in order to take action to find the shipment or to send a new consignment.
If the buyer refuses to accept the goods ordered by the seller, he has the right to ask the buyer for the payment of all costs related to the delivery.
The seller is obliged to send the shipment to the customer at the moment he / she receives a confirmation endorsing the online transaction. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the seller is obliged to send the shipment within 5 (five) business days.
After the supplier (the delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further flow of delivery and possible delays and problems that may occur in connection with further handling and delivery of goods.
